The La Sapinette hotel is an absolutely beautiful hotel. When we were there, we were surprised that it was so quiet but that was probably because it was located a bit away from the main town. The room is very big and spacious. The quality of the fittings, such as the bed, the lounge and the bathroom is excellent. Overall the room and particularly the bathroom is pure luxury and very very comfortable. The breakfast is excellent and we also ate dinner at the La Thong Vietnamese restaurant and found the food, the service by the hotel and restaurant staff to be just wonderful. The food, including the Room Service, is lovely as well as very cheap. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to other travellers to Dalat. Don't be put off by the position of this hotel as it is only 3 km from the city centre. There is a free shuttle bus provided by the hotel but it only costs $3 USD to catch a taxi, which is very reasonable.
We found nothing wrong with the hotel. It was all beautiful.

Room was newly decorated in a tasteful manner and had a comfortable bed.
Shower was a European telephone design, so water tended to get sprayed all over if you didn't hold the shower in your hand. Breakfast could have been better. Hotel gym could use a machine for chest exercises, though it otherwise had enough for a basic work out.

This hotel is located a bit further from the city center, but it has easy access to taxis which are quite cheap. the rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable bedding. the bathroom can be an issue as the hot water can run out quickly, but the staff is helpful and can assist with this. the breakfast is fine, with both Asian and Western options available. the amenities and facilities are good and provide value for money.
The hotel may not be the most conveniently located for those who want to be in the heart of the city.

The hotel was very luxurious for this price bracket, rooms were excellent - clean and modern with good views.
The hotel staff, whilst friendly & willing, could not understand English and were therefore not that helpful. The hotel also lacked atmosphere, it was very sterile and the hotel bar was never open, even though the hotel was in the middle of no-where. The hotel staff due to their lack of English, could not advise on where to go to eat or book tours etc.

The hotel is brand new and I was under the impression that we were among the very first guests. Everything functioned perfectly and we liked the interior decoration of the room and the bathroom. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.
But the hotel is far from the center of town. We found that inconvenient, even though taxis are readily available.

Great hotel for a city break! Beds were comfortable and the rooms were cleaned and tidy. Breakfast offered a wide selection of local food, which was a great opportunity to try some new dishes. It also had a good selection of Western-style foods like bread and cereal. The hotel was located close to a small market and some local restaurants, which made it easy to explore the area and try local cuisine like Vietnamese coffee.
The hotel was a bit far from the main city center and popular tourist attractions. It was necessary to take a taxi to reach the center.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had some laundry problems where the hotel did their best to assist with the situation.
The spa on the G level is horrific. They are inexperienced and unprofessional. We paid for a 60mins service, only got 30mins. My massuers was on the phone chatting for about 8 minutes during the massage. The massage was so awful I actually didn't mind I didn't get the full 60 minutes. To top off, when she gestured she had finished, she trapped me in the room, by standing in front of the door forcing me to tip her. It was ridiculous as she knew I only had my underwear and towel on. Owners of the spa didn't take action after complaining about the bad service. Please do not use this spa. It was my worst experience ever!

The room was very nice and weel designed
Very poor breakfast, no buffet due to less customer, problem is propose "A la Carte" with 50% not available. Also location far away from city town - map on the website should be reviewed.

What a great hotel! the rooms are spotless and modern with comfy beds and friendly staff. They offer an efficient check-in and a yummy breakfast. the location is just right, not too busy and surrounded by restaurants and shops.
Sadly, the food in the restaurant didn't quite measure up to the quality of the hotel. the hot water for the bathtub was a bit of a letdown.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The check-in process was super fast, and within minutes I had my room key in hand. The junior suite was enormous and furnished with comfortable furniture and beds. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and kind, even with limited English skills. The breakfast selection was diverse and delicious, and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. this hotel provided an affordable and luxurious experience during peak season.
Everything was fantastic, and I cannot think of any negative aspects of this hotel.
